- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Enter your new password
- Your new password must match the following criteria:
At least 8 characters At least 1 special character At least 1 lower case letter At least 1 upper case letter At least 1 number

I have not received the password reset email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it is not in there, please let your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager know and we will look into it.
