How often is my dashboard updated?

Sales data is received and updated twice a month, while engagement data is updated on the 8th of every month. Public stats such as new visits, likes and dislikes and favourites are updated daily.

Who has access to our dashboard?

Only your brand and any agency partner you choose have access to your data. Control permissions at any time by getting in touch with our team.
