Requesting demographics
Where demographics are not present on a profile, they can be requested by the following methods:
Through the Request Data tab and search for the profile.
Through the profile's demographics tab.
Demographics can only be added where a profile has more than 50k reach.
Your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager will contact you once the data has been added to the platform.
Demographics will be available within 1 working day of request.
