Popularity score
GEEIQ looks at a variety of metrics to calculate a popularity score for each profile, including:
- Current reach of profile
- Social growth of profile
- Streaming minutes watched
- VOD content views
For game profiles, this also includes playtime on Steam if applicable.
For esports teams, this also includes the combined reach of their roster.
Scores are weighted and compared against profiles of a similar size to get a score that understands the profile's current and growing popularity.
Scores for experiences
Popularity is benchmarked against the performance of all other experiences, looking at visits and engagement.
Engagement score

- Recent average comments
- Recent average shares
